As a Senior Program Manager, you will:

‍

• Lead oversight of product and implementation project initiatives, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Drive agile SCRUM methodologies across teams to enhance project execution.
• Establish and enforce project management disciplines among team members.
• Manage cross-functional teams, aligning resources across onshore and offshore operations.
• Define project timelines, milestones, and budgets while ensuring accountability.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively to maintain project momentum.
• Consolidate and present, daily, weekly and monthly progress reports to senior leadership
• Serve as the primary point of communication for stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
• Mentor project managers to elevate team performance and adopt best practices.

Experience and Background:

‍

• A Bachelor’s degree preferably in computer science, information technology or management
• 6+ years of managing complex, cross-functional technology projects using agile (scrum, kanban etc.) in a project management/ scrum master role. 
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, quality assurance test methodologies and experience in defect management
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, Confluence)
• A Certified scrum master will be an advantage
• Track record of successfully managing and developing project management teams and history of implementing and improving project management processes
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and executives and excellence in stakeholder management and relationship building
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority
