As a Senior Customer Operations Analyst in the Customer Success team, you will:

‍

Engage with customers daily/weekly to provide updates, respond to inquiries.
Provide information, and offer assistance efficiently and timely and understand their evolving requirements
Prioritize and deliver requirements, working closely with the Customer Success, Delivery, Product and other teams to ensure timely implementation
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
Analyze & maintain customer data and make sure algorithm performance is optimised
Prepare & deliver comprehensive reports on performance metrics

Experience and Background:

‍

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
2+ years of proven experience in customer operations/success field in the software development industry.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer engagement and documentation
Robust technical expertise, with proven knowledge of software technologies, web operations, problem-solving, and data management
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work environment
