Product Marketing Manager

Velou is seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product, sales, design, and broader marketing teams to build, launch, and drive the adoption of Velou’s innovative solutions. You will play a critical role in shaping our marketing foundation—developing compelling messaging and positioning, crafting customer stories, architecting impactful campaigns, and building essential enablement resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Product Launches: Collaborate with the Product team to execute successful product launches, focusing on achieving measurable results and exploring new channels for growth.
- Craft Compelling Messaging: Develop product messaging and positioning that differentiates Velou from competitors and resonates with our customers' needs.
- Lead Nurturing: Design and execute lead nurturing campaigns that guide B2B buyers through the sales funnel.
- Drive Product Engagement: Create engaging and educational content, including blog posts, product tips, video content, best practice guides, and live streams, to deepen user engagement with our product.
- Campaign Development: Work with the broader marketing team to launch multi-channel campaigns across web, community, social media, email, ads, and other channels.
- Sales Enablement: Equip our enablement and sales teams with the resources needed to effectively position Velou against competitors, effectively sell, and drive awareness across the field — including sales collateral, customer stories, discovery questions and objection handling
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years in product marketing or a related role, including experience marketing B2B SaaS products, with a passion for serving customers and creating clear messaging and product positioning
- Communication Skills: Strong track record of authoring and presenting complex topics, with the ability to adapt to the Velou voice and distill complex technical details for a technical and non-technical audience
- Self-starter willing to work in ambiguity, who can shape and define a problem space, navigate competing priorities and multiple projects, while meeting deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ecommerce Insight: An interest in or understanding of the ecommerce audience and their unique needs.
- Industry Experience: Experience working with ecommerce, martech solutions, and/or closely partnering with product teams.
- Technical Expertise: A history of launching technical products, with a willingness to dive into technical details.
