Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will:

Work closely with stakeholders to understand market requirements to design and document product improvements.
Analyze the potential customer requirements to understand how the product can deliver value to their needs.
Create detailed software requirements specifying the product vision and customizations in an Agile environment.
Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of the product ensuring value delivery.
Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to make recommendations for product enhancements.
Validate product delivery against requirements and assist with user acceptance testing.
Assist Customer success team to deliver customer delight.

Experience & Background

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
2+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in the software development industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Skills in Business Analysis skills and techniques.
Familiarity with software development methodologies (Predictive and Adaptive).
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
